Dr. Aravind Kailas - Advanced Technology Policy Director, Volvo Group

Dr. Aravind Kailas oversees policy development, technology outreach, and public engagement strategies to further Volvo’s interests in transport innovations. He has spearheaded local stakeholder development for introducing Volvo’s electromobility solutions in North America.

Troy Musgrave - Director of Process Improvement, DHE

Troy Musgrave is Director of Process Improvement for Dependable Highway Express, headquartered in Los Angeles California. Mr. Musgrave manages Dependable’s e-mobility project and operational systems.

Sergej Mahnovski - Director, Corporate Development and Innovation, Edison InternationalSergej Mahnovski leads Edison International’s corporate ventures and innovation team, which is focused on early stage investments, partnerships, and strategic collaborations in clean energy, e-mobility, grid edge, and customer choice. Sergej previously served as the Director of the Utility of the Future team at Consolidated Edison. Sergej also served as the Director of the Office of Long-Term Planning and Sustainability and head of energy policy for NYC Mayor Michael R. Bloomberg, where his team was responsible for citywide energy, sustainability, and resilience strategy and was awarded the Citizens Budget Commission Prize for Public Service Innovation. Sergej has served as Adjunct Associate Professor at Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs. He was previously Director for the Global Power Group at IHS CERA and Doctoral Fellow at RAND Corporation. Sergej holds a B.S. in Chemical Engineering and B.A. in History from Stanford University, an M.S. in Chemical Engineering from UC Berkeley, and a Ph.D. in Policy Analysis from the RAND Graduate School.
